The Cottage Nigeen (Home Stay) is located on the banks of the famous "Nigeen Lake" at the edge of the city centre of Srinagar, Kashmir India. The home stay is a two storey house which is run by a kashmiri couple. It is situated in lush green, quaint neighborhood. The premise is sectioned into a big lawn with pine, kael, rose bushes, tulips, hyacinth beds, lilies and flowering shrubs and bushes. The kitchen garden is purely organic with daily veggie picks like tomatoes, brinjals, beans, spinach and herbs etc. The premise has a small orchard on the kitchen garden with Apple, Pear, Cherry, Plum, Fig and Quince trees.
